Listening
We talk about how you work today: what works, what wastes time, what you would like to be able to do. If needed, I come to see how you work.
Design
I show you what it could look like: pages, screens, flows. Everything is corrected before building.
Building and testing
I build the system and we test it together with real data. I fix whatever doesn't work.
Going live
I explain how to use it, I stay by your side in the first days and the system goes online.
Support
Changes, updates and support remain available whenever needed.
