How much does a website or a custom system cost?
It depends on what you need, which is why there are no fixed prices: every job is different. You tell me about your business, I work out what you really need and I prepare a clear, free quote. You can also start with a small part and add the rest later.
How long does it take?
A simple website usually takes a few weeks, a more complex system (bookings, orders, job-order management) a little longer. The quote always states the timing clearly, before you decide.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. I build tools designed for people who work all day and have no time to waste: simple, usable from a phone, no manuals. I show you how it works and I stay available.
Can I edit the texts myself?
Yes. The site has a private area, as handy as an app, where you change texts, contact details and more without calling anyone. For bigger changes you write to me and I take care of it.
Does it work on a phone too?
Yes, everything is designed phone-first. The site and the tools adapt to phone, tablet and computer, with no special software to install.
I don't want to buy tablets or expensive equipment: is that a problem?
No. The systems run on the phone or computer you already have, so you don't need to buy new devices to use them.
Can I start with something small?
Of course. Many start with a single feature, for example online bookings or a showcase website, and then add the rest when needed. That way you try it without taking too big a leap.
Is there support after delivery?
Yes. Once the system is in use I remain available for changes, questions and support. I don't leave you alone the next day.
Are there recurring costs?
A website or an online system usually has some yearly costs, for example the domain and web hosting. I state them clearly in the quote, so you know in advance what to budget for.
How does the quote work?
You answer a few quick questions (it takes a minute), so I immediately get a picture of your situation. Then I contact you the way you prefer, tell you how I would build it and send you the quote. It's free and no obligation.
Do you only work with restaurants?
No. I work with restaurants and venues, but also with shops, workshops, craftspeople, professional firms and service businesses. Every project starts from how you work.
Can I meet you in person or do you only work remotely?
Working remotely, with video calls and messages, works very well and is the fastest way. If you prefer to meet, tell me in your request and we'll see how to arrange it.
