Work
What I have built
Examples of systems designed for real businesses. Names, numbers and images are made up: real clients stay confidential.
Restaurants · complete system
From the QR code on the table to the bill, all in one system
The problem. Orders written by hand, kitchen orders to carry around, bills to work out and split in your head, evenings ending with paper and a calculator.
What I have built
- QR menu always up to date, even for a future date: the menu changes by itself when needed
- Ordering from the table with a numbered QR code: no app to download
- Order printed in the kitchen, split between departments (pizzeria and kitchen) on two printers
- Staff app on the phone, with a personal account and different permissions
- Owner's area: orders, till, evening close by payment method
- Till with a single or split bill: you tick the items each customer pays for
Restaurants · bookings
Bookings with the dining room drawn out
The problem. Bookings taken over the phone in a notebook, double-booked tables, no idea how many seats are left at a given time.
What I have built
- A dining-room floor plan you draw by dragging tables, even in different sizes
- Table joins: two 2-seat tables become one 4-seat table, never exceeding the real seats
- Free seats and tables for every time slot, at a glance, with clear colours
- Online booking 24 hours a day, only at times that are really available
- The owner books by phone from the same floor plan, with one tap
- The table becomes free again when the bill is paid
Restaurants · takeaway and delivery
Orders to your home without the phone ringing off the hook
The problem. At peak hours the phone rings and orders get lost; deliveries with no limit and no idea how many you can actually handle.
What I have built
- Online order with pickup or delivery time and a limit on deliveries per time slot
- Delivery cost calculated by area
- Online payment or cash on delivery
- Dedicated app for orders taken by phone: same list, no overlaps
- Google sign-in for customers and a personal area
- Print-out with address and location QR code for the delivery driver
I tuoi ordini
19:30 Rossi · asporto
19:45 Bianchi · consegna
20:00 Verdi · asporto
Websites · local businesses
Fast showcase websites for shops, restaurants and venues
The problem. An old, slow site, or one built with limited tools, that doesn't let people contact you or book.
What I have built
- Tailor-made site, lightweight and great on a phone
- Opening hours, map, contacts, gallery and menu clearly visible
- Booking or contact request straight from the site
- Designed to be found on Google
- Easy to update, without depending on anyone
Il tuo locale, online
Orari, menù, mappa e prenotazione in una pagina veloce.
PrenotaWorkshops and production · coming soon
Job-order management for workshops and small production businesses
The problem. Jobs numbered on paper or on sheets, scattered information and no simple way of knowing where a job order stands.
What I have built
- Every job has its own numbered card, with customer, photo, deadline and price
- Stages are marked with a tap, with date, time and person recorded automatically
- QR code on the job envelope: whoever picks it up scans it and updates the stage
- Owner's page with jobs in progress, late, ready and to be collected
- Deposits, balances and invoice status under control
- Stages, fields and permissions designed around your workshop
Got something similar in mind? We'll design it around your work.
The first conversation is no obligation. A tailor-made quote, because every job is different.
